Izmak Co. Ltd. Has been in the business of manufacturing machined parts, serving the automotive and many other industries for over 15 years. We provide our customers a vast array of capabilities, including CNC and conventional machining of castings and forgings. We have been serving many reputable Turkish OEM suppliers in the automotive industry such as Cevher Casting, Ege Endustri, Ege Fren(Arwin Meritor), Karsan( Peugeot) with various machined parts for Iveco, Isuzu, Renault, Opel, Sahaab, Hyundai, Mercedes, Peugeot, Chrysler, Ford. In our modern facility located in Izmir-Turkey, we have vertical and horizantal CNC machining centers, CNC vertical turning center, CNC horizantal lathes, as well as digital milling, drilling, welding and sawing machines and have access to casting, plating, grinding, heat-treating, to provide a complete part. We are also able to design and manufacture various types of tools, dies, jigs and fixtures in-house. Our CAD/CAM systems allow us to import all types of CAD files, produce quick turnaround times with accurate programs. We posses ISO 9001:2000 Certification awarded by TUV Rheinland since 2003 and have begun the process to become certified for TS EN ISO 16949. Proceeding under the guidelines of our ISO compliant quality management system, supported by our measurement and test equipment which consists of a complete line including CMM 3 Dimensional measuring device, we can offer our customers high quality in accordance with customer drawings, specs and delivery needs.
